Senior Graphic Designer

We are 360UP, a branding, marketing, and strategy agency based in Tel Aviv. We build visual brand identities for the market’s leading luxury companies, and we are now looking for the beating heart that will grow and scale with us. OUR DESIGN AESTHETIC

We have a very specific aesthetic. Our design is premium, minimalist, clean, meticulous, and quiet. We work with the top luxury brands in the industry. If your portfolio is cluttered, chaotic, or lacks clean and high-end work of this nature, this role is not for you.

✦ WE ARE HIRING: GRAPHIC, BRAND & UX/UI DESIGNERS

Our studio is expanding, and we are looking for both Freelance (project-based) and In-Office professionals at our Tel Aviv headquarters.

If your design DNA is clean and deeply creative, this is the place for you.

THE ROLE

✦ Visual & Digital Storytelling: Cracking and defining visual languages, building brand identities from end to end, and creating designs that understand branding is a soul and a story, not just a color palette. For UX/UI, bridging brand strategy with digital platforms and seamless user experiences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

✦ Proven Experience: 3 or more years of experience in branding, UX/UI, or graphic design within a studio, branding firm, or agency setting is required.

✦ Expert Toolkit: Absolute mastery of Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Integrating AI tools as part of the creative workflow is a significant advantage.

✦ Stellar Communication: Exceptional Hebrew and English skills, including the ability to present concepts clearly to clients.
