Job Title: Field Operations & Demo Technician Job Summary: As a Field Operations & Demo Technician at ARI ARMS LTD, you will be the face of our "BATTLE PROVEN" technology in the field. You are responsible for the hands-on demonstration, maintenance, and technical presentation of our advanced weapon platforms (OR-4, OR-10, OR-300 BLK) to high-level defense and security stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and end-user operational requirements, ensuring our systems are showcased at peak performance. Key Responsibilities: Live Demonstrations: Conduct professional, safe, and high-impact live-fire demonstrations for international clients and delegations at trade shows and test ranges.

Operational Training: Provide technical instruction and operational handling guidance to end-users during product trials.

Field Maintenance: Perform expert-level maintenance, zeroing, and troubleshooting of weapon systems in field conditions to ensure flawless operation during demos.

Technical Liaison: Act as a technical bridge between the field environment and our engineering team, reporting on performance metrics and user feedback to support product refinement.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines during all field activities and live-fire exercises. Candidate Requirements: Military Experience: Proven experience as a combat soldier or operator in an elite unit.

Technical Proficiency: Extensive practical knowledge of small arms, including assembly, disassembly, and advanced maintenance of AR-15/AR-10 platforms.

Operational Knowledge: Deep understanding of tactical weapon employment, ballistics, and combat-proven weapon handling techniques.

Professional Presence: Ability to represent ARI ARMS LTD with professionalism and authority before military and government officials.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (professional level) to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and technical staff.

Field Adaptability: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for global exhibitions (e.g., DSEI, IDEX, LAAD) and conduct demonstrations in diverse environmental conditions.
