We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PM) for Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) SoC product in the Server domain.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills to successfully manage semiconductor products in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy, enhancing market presence, and contributing to the company's growth in the competitive semiconductor industry.
Outbound Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact for all customer interactions. Sustain current business activities and relationships while exploring new opportunities, products, and markets.
Act as the liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing customer needs.
Engage in technical discussions with customers to gather feedback, understand requirements, and provide expert solutions.
Industry Engagement:
Remain updated on industry developments, trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key enablers and suppliers within the cloud semiconductor industry
Inbound Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with market trends and company objectives
Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to define clear product requirements and specifications.
Product Development:
Manage the product for its entire lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand and business objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development and timely delivery, working closely with Engineering Program Managers
Create compelling business cases to justify new product initiatives
Manage product budgets, including cost control and pricing strategies
Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or SW Computer Science
10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management or related roles
Proven track record of successfully managing complex semiconductor products and driving business growth
Experience with SW embedded firmware, drivers, RTOS, and Linux
Experience working in Agile environment and Tools
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Deep understanding of SoC development processes, workflows, and ecosystems
Knowledge of Data Center, server, and Cloud architectures (preferred)
Experience with security-related technologies (e.g., Secured Boot, ROT, DICE, Attestation and Cryptography) and provisioning processes (preferred).
