Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Nes Ziona. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing queries promptly, and liaising with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience in delivering and maintaining exceptional Customer Experience
Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities to manage customer relationships effectively
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling inquiries and concerns
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Comfortable working on-site in Nes Ziona with a collaborative team
Previous experience in technical or scientific customer service is a plus
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Customer Support
Proven ability to prioritize and support Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
Ability to address and troubleshoot customer inquiries effectively to ensure a seamless experience
Strong organizational skills and reliability in completing daily tasks and managing customer interactions
Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
