We are looking for a disruptor who understands that AI is the backbone of the next industrial revolution Your Impact & Responsibilities The 3–5 Year North Star: You will build and maintain a visionary technology roadmap that anticipates the next decade of global shifts. AI Technology Enabler for the Solutions Division: Act as the primary catalyst for AI integration, empowering the division to leverage machine learning and intelligent automation to create next-generation consumer solutions. Global Tech Scouting: You will identify and cultivate high-stakes relationships with elite startups, research labs, and universities. A Pipeline of Innovation: You are responsible for maintaining a continuous flow of high-potential technologies into our ecosystem. Fearless Prototyping: You will lead hands-on evaluations, PoCs, and prototyping to validate breakthrough solutions. Complex Problem Solving: You will break down the most difficult technical challenges into actionable, scalable products. Cross-Functional Synergy: You will act as the technical glue between R&D, Product, Engineering, and Operations. Bridge to Reality: You will guide the integration of new technologies from the lab to the consumer, ensuring successful pilots and knowledge transfer.

Requirements: The DNA: Who You Are Educational Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred). Proven Track Record: You have 7+ years of experience in tech-driven industries, with at least 5 years dedicated to technology and innovation. Technical Polymath: You possess a broad, sophisticated understanding of mechanical, electronic, embedded, and software systems. Hands-On Builder: You aren't afraid to get into the details of evaluation, prototyping, and technical integration.
