Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Haifa District, Israel, for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will support an executive by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative and clerical support. The role also includes organizing travel arrangements, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to effectively support senior leadership.
Strong Communication and capability in Diary Management to coordinate schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Solid Clerical Skills, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and scheduling meetings.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Fluency in English and Hebrew; additional language skills are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
Prior experience in a similar role and a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
