Role Purpose
This role is responsible for driving business growth and client-centricity across Designit’s European portfolio of accounts. This role ensures that Designit delivers exceptional value to clients by fostering strong relationships, expanding service adoption, and aligning delivery with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role partners with senior client stakeholders and Wipro leadership and account representatives to shape strategies, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful outcomes.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow Designit’s European strategic accounts, including Apple, Nestlé, Lloyds Banking Group, and Odido, ensuring alignment with Designit’s vision and mission.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trust and credibility through thought leadership and strategic guidance.
Drive account planning and growth strategies, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of Designit’s capabilities (e.g., Insight & Strategy, Design & Creativity, Creative Technology and Digital Media & Marketing) and services (e.g., Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Marketing Experience, Product & Service Experience and Futures).
Deliver against the annual Order Book (OB) target and revenue goals for Designit Europe.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for new and existing engagements.
Ensure profitability and margin protection across accounts in collaboration with the Delivery and Design teams.
Shape and execute client strategies in line with Designit Europe’s operating model and growth objectives.
Partner with Design Directors to ensure creative excellence and client satisfaction.
Represent Designit in senior-level client forums and industry events to strengthen market positioning.
Success Metrics
Revenue and order book growth across strategic accounts.
Client satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Expansion of Designit’s service footprint within existing accounts.
Contribution to regional profitability and margin targets.
Strength of client relationships and strategic influence.
Positive office culture and high employee engagement scores.
Skills & Experience
Strategic account leadership in a consultancy or design-led environment.
Experience in creative industries is highly preferred
Commercial acumen: pricing, negotiation, and profitability management.
Relationship building with senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with design thinking, experience design, and innovation methodologies.
Leadership: team management, mentoring, and collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
Typical Background
Significant experience in client services, business development, or strategic account management within design, consulting, or technology sectors.
Track record of delivering revenue growth and managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
Strong network within relevant industries and ability to leverage relationships for business development.
