<section class="show-more-less-html" data-max-lines="5"> <div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>Conifers.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup transforming how Security Operations Centers (SOCs) operate with its AI-powered SOC platform, <strong>CognitiveSOC&#x2122;</strong>.</p><p>By leveraging agentic AI, Conifers enables security teams to investigate complex, multi-stage incidents faster, with greater precision, consistency, and confidence&#x2014;reducing manual effort and decision fatigue across the SOC.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> to help shape and scale the CognitiveSOC&#x2122; platform.</p><p><br></p><p>This role sits at the intersection of <strong>cybersecurity domain expertise, agentic AI research, and user experience</strong>, translating advanced automation and investigation logic into practical, trusted, and intuitive SOC workflows.</p><p><br></p><p>You will own key product areas end-to-end from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration&#x2014;while working closely with <strong>engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&#x2019;ll Do:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Become a domain expert in the Conifers.ai platform, including agentic investigation logic, AI-driven workflows, data integrations, and SOC user journeys</li><li>Partner with research and engineering to evaluate the feasibility, impact, and readiness of new ideas, prototypes, and models</li><li>Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify real-world SOC pain points and opportunities for automation</li><li>Translate customer and internal stakeholder requirements into clear product capabilities, UX flows, and prioritized roadmaps</li><li>Work closely with design and engineering to define intuitive <strong>UI/UX</strong> for complex security workflows and AI-assisted decision-making</li><li>Make informed trade-off decisions across scope, quality, timelines, usability, and technical constraints to meet business objectives</li><li>Drive the definition, development, and launch of new capabilities, features, and end-to-end product flows</li><li>Ensure product decisions are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with Conifers&#x2019; long-term vision for agentic security operations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You&#x2019;ll Need:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, owning products end-to-end</li><li>Experience working on AI-driven, automation-heavy, or decision-support products</li><li>Experience collaborating with <strong>research, data science, or AI/ML teams</strong> to bring</li><li>Proven experience with B2B SaaS platforms</li><li>Demonstrated experience working on <strong>UI/UX</strong></li><li>user journeys, workflows, and usability requirements for complex systems</li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to define success metrics for both product functionality and user experience</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority</li><li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain <strong>(SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat detection, or related areas)</strong></li><li>Background in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>Experience working on AI-driven, automation-heavy, or decision-support products</li><li>Deep familiarity with <strong>SOC</strong> analyst workflows, investigation processes, or operational security environments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Commitment:</strong></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Conifers.ai.</p><p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.</p><p><br></p><p>#LI-AM1 #LI-Hybrid</p> </div>
