<section class="show-more-less-html" data-max-lines="5"> <div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <strong>Company Description<br><br></strong>Product Manager &#x1F680;<br><br>We&#x2019;re Mint - we build digital products for some of the leading brands in Israel.<br><br>We&#x2019;re looking for a Product Manager who owns products end-to-end and thrives when no two days look the same.<br><br><strong>Overview<br><br></strong>What you&#x2019;ll do<br><br>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;<br><br><ul><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Lead products from discovery to launch - defining strategy, owning the roadmap, and translating business goals into clear product requirements &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Run multiple projects in parallel using Agile/Scrum, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Work with clients - understanding their needs, leading status meetings, and turning conversations into actionable specs &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>About you<br><br>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;<br><br><ul><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Monday &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Strong product sense - you think in business value, user needs, and success metrics &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Excellent written specs - you make the complex simple &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Comfortable operating with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Fluent Hebrew and English-Big plus &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;AI orientation: you actually use Claude, GPT, etc. in your day-to-day, and know how to bring them into product work and workflows &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Experience shipping GenAI-based features or products &#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;</li><li>&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;&#x2002;Background in a digital agency or project-based company<br><br></li></ul>Sound like you?
