As VP of Product for Reviews, you will define and drive the long-term vision and strategy for the product, shape the roadmap, and lead a team of product managers to deliver industry-defining experiences for thousands of global brands.<br><br>You will partner with the executive team, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to build a best-in-class reviews product that drives customer trust, merchant growth, and platform differentiation. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct influence over Yotpo&apos;s product strategy and company trajectory.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Reviews product line</li><li>Set the strategic direction and OKRs for the Reviews group in alignment with company-wide goals and growth priorities</li><li>Lead, hire, develop, and inspire a team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer obsession</li><li>Serve as the internal and external voice of the Reviews product, engaging with key enterprise customers, analysts, and partners to shape the product narrative</li><li>Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure technical excellence, scalability, and speed of execution</li><li>Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to drive go-to-market strategy, positioning, and product adoption</li><li>Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to identify high-impact opportunities and guide prioritization</li><li>Define and own key product metrics, using data to measure impact, inform decisions, and drive accountability across the organization</li><li>Champion cross-product integration, ensuring the Reviews product is deeply connected to Yotpo&apos;s broader platform ecosystem<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a VP of Product or senior Director-level leadership role</li><li>Demonstrated success leading product strategy for a scaled B2B SaaS or eCommerce platform with a large enterprise customer base</li><li>Proven ability to build and grow high-performing product teams, including hiring and mentoring product managers and directors</li><li>Deep experience driving both UX-intensive consumer-facing products and complex technical integrations</li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and market differentiation</li><li>Excellent communication and executive presence &#x2014; able to influence at all levels of the organization and present confidently to C-suite and board audiences</li><li>Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using analytics to guide product decisions</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English</li><li>Experience in the eCommerce, martech, or consumer trust/reviews domain &#x2014; a strong advantage</li><li>Technical background in Engineering, SRE, or a related technical field &#x2014; a significant advantage<br><br></li></ul> </div>
