Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Umm al-Fahm. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing processes, optimize production efficiency, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising team performance, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and manage resources effectively.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource management

Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance

Knowledge of quality assurance processes and safety regulations

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Effective communication skills for cross-departmental coordination

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field

Experience in the manufacturing or construction materials industry is an advantage

Ability to work on-site in Umm al-Fahm
