לעמותה בינלאומית מובילה דרוש.ה רכז.ת משלחות ותפעול לתפקיד מגוון, דינמי ובעל משמעות.

התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על תכנון, ארגון ותפעול משלחות רפואיות לחו"ל, משלב ההיערכות ועד לביצוע בפועל בשטח.

תחומי אחריות:

תכנון, ארגון והוצאה לפועל של משלחות רפואיות לחו"ל

בנייה וניהול תקציב משלחת, כולל בקרה שוטפת

אחריות כוללת על כל המערך הלוגיסטי: טיסות, לינה, תחבורה, ציוד רפואי ושינוע

עבודה מול ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל וניהול משא ומתן

תיאום מול גורמים רפואיים, שותפים בינלאומיים ורשויות מקומיות

טיפול בהיבטים אדמיניסטרטיביים: ביטוחים, ויזות, חיסונים ואישורים נדרשים

ליווי משלחות לחו"ל בהתאם לצורך

ניהול לו"זים מורכבים ותיאום בין ממשקים רבים

זיהוי ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת בשטח ובשלבי ההכנה

דרישות התפקיד:

ניסיון קודם בתפקיד תפעולי / לוגיסטי / ניהול פרויקטים – חובה

ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים וניהול תקציב – יתרון משמעותי

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה) – חובה

נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל (מספר פעמים בשנה) – חובה

שליטה מלאה ביישומי מחשב

יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ וריבוי משימות

סדר, ארגון וירידה לפרטים

יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות

Missions & Operations CoordinatorJob Description: Save a Child’s Heart, is seeking a Missions & Operations Coordinator for a diverse, dynamic, and meaningful role.

The position includes full responsibility for planning, organizing, and operating international medical delegations — from the preparation stage through on-site execution. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute international medical delegations

Build and manage delegation budgets, including ongoing budget monitoring

Oversee all logistical aspects: flights, accommodations, transportation, medical equipment, and shipping

Work with local and international vendors and manage negotiations

Coordinate with medical teams, international partners, and local authorities

Handle administrative aspects including insurance, visas, vaccinations, and required permits

Accompany delegations abroad as needed

Manage complex schedules and coordinate between multiple stakeholders

Identify and solve problems in real time, both during preparation and on-site Requirements: Previous experience in operations, logistics, or project management — required

Experience working with vendors and budget management — significant advantage

High level of Hebrew & English (spoken, written, and reading) — required

Willingness to travel abroad several times a year — required

Full proficiency in computer applications

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
