Operations and Production

abra is looking for a technological operations specialist with a systemic view, initiative, and the ability to perform well in a dynamic environment. The role includes: Responsibility for operating, monitoring (including building monitoring dashboards), and maintaining production operational systems Troubleshooting critical services, including systems with IIS interfaces and integration with databases Working with cloud services and supporting version deployments Participation in and leadership of initiatives to improve system availability, stability, performance, and resilience Analyzing recurring issues, initiating systemic solutions, and ensuring their consistent implementation Responsibility for coordinating and managing operational processes with multiple stakeholders across the organization You will be exposed to advanced technologies, work with many interfaces, and play a significant role in central processes that impact the entire organization. The role requires high availability, real-time incident response, and responsibility for systems with a direct impact on users and customers.

Requirements: At least 7 years of experience in Operations / Production / Infrastructure and IT – required Experience working with IIS – required Experience operating application systems connected to databases (SQL/Oracle) – required Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems Scripting skills in PowerShell / Bash / Python – required Experience with cloud services (Azure / AWS) Experience with Docker / Kubernetes Good level of English Advantages: Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics) Experience with Jenkins
