We are a fast-growing, data-driven E-commerce brand operating at a massive scale. Our brand relies heavily on high-velocity marketing and deep consumer engagement across international markets. We operate under the firm belief that in the modern DTC landscape, high-performing creative is the single most powerful lever for business growth and sustainable customer acquisition.
The role
As our Lead Performance Creative Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of consumer behavior, performance marketing, and creative production. You will be responsible for turning raw data into high-converting visual assets, defining winning marketing angles, and building scalable frameworks for creative testing. In this role, you will also mentor and guide our execution team to ensure a high-volume, high-quality creative pipeline that drives continuous revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage and mentor our creative production team including video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters.
Build seamless, high-velocity workflows between Creative, Growth, Media Buying, and Influencer departments to ensure strict SLA compliance.
Own the creative strategy for paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Develop innovative campaign themes, hooks, visual narratives, and messaging frameworks that capture attention and drive conversion.
Conduct ongoing qualitative consumer research by analyzing customer reviews, surveys, customer support tickets, and competitor messaging to uncover new psychological hooks.
Analyze creative performance metrics like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS alongside the media buying team.
Identify patterns in winning and losing creatives and translate data into actionable future iterations.
Write hyper-detailed creative briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators.
Provide crystal-clear guidance on scripts, hooks, pacing, and CTAs while maintaining brand alignment.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Growth Marketing within the DTC and E-commerce ecosystem.
Proven track record of managing direct reports (editors, designers) and managing complex creative production pipelines.
Deep understanding of Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and short-form video dynamics.
Strong grip on Direct Response marketing principles and consumer psychology.
Ability to interpret marketing data and translate analytical insights into creative actions.
Experience with high-volume creative testing methodologies.
Familiarity with performance creative and ad spy tools such as Motion, Foreplay, Triple Whale, AdSpy, or VidTao is highly preferred.
