ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join us on a freelance basis . This is a remote role , based in Israel . The position offers flexibility in scope and workload . Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM / ITOM). Support integration efforts and ensure system performance and reliability. Provide best practices and recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements: Requirements Proven experience working with ServiceNow חובה: Certification in one or more of the following: CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management) CIS-ITOM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Operations Management) Strong understanding of IT service management and/or IT operations processes Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment – advantage Ability to work independently in a remote setup Based in Israel – required
