Technical Account/ Project Manager – Job Description

About the Role

The Technical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv. You will own the delivery of complex financial software projects, ensuring they meet strict timelines, scope, and business requirements.

What You’ll Do

Own the project lifecycle: define scope, timelines, and key milestones

Coordinate seamlessly between R&D, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders

Translate complex business requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories

Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and project blockers

Track progress via Jira and provide clear status reporting to all stakeholders

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive process improvements

Requirements

3+ years of Project/Program Management experience in software or fintech

Proven ability to manage the end-to-end SDLC in Agile/hybrid environments

Strong technical aptitude to translate business needs into technical specifications

Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage parallel workstreams

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

Background in capital markets, trading systems, banking, or complex financial domains
