המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןWe are looking for a hands-on, performance-oriented Head of Marketing to be the focal point for all marketing activities within New Development Real Estate. You will be the "glue" connecting Media, PPC, and Brand, while working closely with our Sales, Data, and Product teams. This is a role for a high-energy "doer" who thinks outside the box, thrives on business goals, and knows how to push projects forward to get results and excels in a highly challenging, fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B, with a heavy focus on performance and meeting the business KPIs
Ensure full synchronization with marketing Shared Services teams to create a unified and effective marketing language
Work closely with the Sales teams to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth
Deep dive into user funnels to understand behavior and find ways to improve conversion at every stage
Partner with Product, R&D and Data teams to turn marketing ideas into live products and features
Use data to monitor performance, optimize budgets, and identify new opportunities to grow our user base
Your Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a senior marketing role
Prior experience within Real Estate, Marketplaces, or large-scale digital platforms
A performance-driven mindset with a deep understanding of user funnels and growth metrics
High energy and a "hands-on" approach- you are someone who makes things happen and drives execution
Strong ability to work with data to drive decisions, including experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize marketing and sales processes
Proven experience working across multiple interfaces: Sales, Data, Product, and various Marketing teams
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) - An advantage
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and move projects forward with different stakeholders
A proactive, "can-do" mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams
