Our headquarters includes over 450 employees across technology, digital, E-commerce, marketing, logistics, finance, HR, content, PR, and commercial operations. Nearly all core activities are managed in-house, including an advanced technology team of +30 developers driving innovation and smart retail solutions.
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset, capable of leading a complex E-commerce activity end-to-end, managing a professional team, owning the customer journey, and proactively driving performance, processes, and business growth.
This role includes ownership of the day-to-day E-commerce operation, site performance, cross-functional collaboration, and working in a fast-paced environment where fashion, technology, and business meet.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day E-commerce operation
Own the digital customer journey and online customer experience
Direct management of team members
Lead operational routines, feedback processes, and cross-functional alignment
Own homepage merchandising, hero banners, featured brands, and commercial content
Manage daily operations including promotions, updates, issue resolution, and prioritization
Work closely with Marketing, Trading, Content, PR, IT, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
Lead cross-functional meetings and drive complex projects forward
What We’re Looking For
Strong and proven E-commerce expertise
Deep experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus Admin, including:
Collections, Metafields, Automations, Discounts, Markets, and complex storefront management
Strong commercial understanding of KPIs such as: CVR, AOV, Bounce Rate, Return Rate, LTV, Churn, and ROAS
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actions
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
flows, segmentation, campaigns, and retention management at scale
Strong understanding of system integrations: ERP, PIM, CRM, logistics, and marketing platforms
Deep understanding of UX and customer journey optimization: PDP, cart, checkout, navigation, and conversion-focused experiences
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing a commercial E-commerce platform
2+ years of direct team management experience
Proven hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus
Practical Klaviyo experience - not strategy only
Experience managing cross-functional projects
High level of English
Major Advantage
