Role Description

The core responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing radar hardware and RF/microwave systems. The role involves circuit and PCB design, RF subsystem integration, prototyping, and performance analysis, with a focus on delivering innovative, efficient, and reliable radar solutions. As a founding partner, you will also contribute to strategic decision-making and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to advance the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

Expertise in Radar Hardware Design, RF and microwave System Development

Strong skills in Circuit Design, PCB Design, and hands-on use of simulation tools

Experience in RF Subsystem Integration, Prototyping, and Performance Testing, and Lab equipment mastery.

Experience with radar design and systems and wireless communications is highly desirable

Problem-solving mindset with strong technical understanding

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

Passion for innovation, security, and advancing technological integrity

ex 81,8200, or other elite r&d units - massive advantage
