Fullness CRM is a growing startup dedicated to helping businesses manage customer relationships, streamline operations, and drive growth through innovative CRM solutions. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Kfar Manda.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers.

Present and demonstrate Fullness CRM solutions to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.

Meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Requirements

Fluent in both Arabic and Hebrew (spoken and written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not required.

Must be able to commute to our office in Kfar Manda.

Comfortable working in a startup environment.
