AI Operations & Strategy Lead

AI BRM | Strategic AI Transformation Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven AI BRM to lead and orchestrate cross-functional AI initiatives at a divisional level !!

This is a unique opportunity to take part in shaping how AI initiatives are managed, prioritized, and promoted across a large and complex organization.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a comprehensive 360° view of AI initiatives, projects, and activities across the organization

• Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, AI/Data teams, and leadership

• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, dependencies, and organizational challenges

• Support AI governance processes and methodologies

• Prioritize and promote initiatives based on business value and organizational impact

• Define KPIs, operational standards, and monitoring mechanisms

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Lead and influence multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment without direct authority

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience in large and complex organizations

✔ Proven experience leading cross-functional processes and initiatives

✔ Strong business and technological orientation

✔ Experience working with senior leadership and executives

✔ Strong understanding of AI concepts, GenAI, Cloud environments, AI use cases, and market trends

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and matrix leadership skills

✔ Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving capabilities

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
