AI Product Manager

As AI transforms enterprise software, we are integrating AI capabilities into the core of our ERP platform to solve real business problems for our customers.<br><br>We are seeking an AI Product Manager to own the development and delivery of AI-powered features for Priority ERP, while providing AI guidance across Priority Software&apos;s broader product portfolio. You&apos;ll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise needs, transforming AI capabilities into practical features that enhance productivity and drive business outcomes for our customers. This role requires both technical depth in AI/ML and strong product execution skills to deliver measurable value while maintaining the reliability and compliance standards our customers expect.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Define, build, and manage AI-powered features for Priority ERP, from concept to go-to-market</li><li>Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML and Gen-AI based capabilities that solve real business problems for ERP users</li><li>Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly features that enhance productivity, drive business outcomes, and deliver measurable value</li><li>Provide AI guidance across Priority&apos;s product portfolio, working closely with product managers throughout the organization</li><li>Represent end-user and stakeholder needs in defining AI feature requirements, ensuring solutions are intuitive and trustworthy</li><li>Work directly with R&amp;D to build, test, and refine AI features</li><li>Write detailed user stories and technical requirements for AI functionality in an agile development environment</li><li>Collaborate with product managers across Priority to integrate AI capabilities into existing modules and workflows</li><li>Establish best practices for responsible AI: explainability, bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance</li><li>Monitor AI feature performance, user adoption, and business impact; iterate based on data and feedback</li><li>Collaborate with 3rd party AI/ML partners and technology providers to enhance product capabilities</li><li>Stay current with AI/ML advancements, conduct competitive analysis, and assess their relevance for enterprise ERP applications</li><li>Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate AI use cases and gather feedback<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software (mandatory)</li><li>Demonstrated experience building and launching AI/ML-powered product capabilities</li><li>Understanding of AI/ML technologies including generative AI, optimization algorithms, anomaly detection, and their practical applications in business contexts</li><li>Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and working with LLMs</li><li>Experience working in agile/scrum development environments</li><li>Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business value and user experience</li><li>Ability to write detailed technical user stories and work with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and data architectures</li><li>Hands-on experience with Priority ERP or other ERP systems &#x2013; Advantage</li><li>Understanding of enterprise software requirements: data governance, security, compliance, auditability, and billing/pricing models</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>A natural multi-tasker able to see the &apos;big picture&apos; of AI strategy while managing detailed technical specs</li><li>Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Full proficiency in English &#x2013; a must</li><li>Full-time position at Priority HQ, Rosh Ha&apos;Ayin (4 days at the office)</li></ul> </div>
