Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

Replying to inbound leads on the website and social media platforms. (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, website).

Qualifying inbound leads, performing sales/compatibility calls, and assigning them to the appropriate sales team member for follow-ups.

Generating outbound leads and collaborations with influencers, headhunters, and organizations.

Requirements and skills:

Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and oral)

Comfortable working with people over the phone/zoom and in person.

Logistics:

Full-time job. Salary Structure(Base + Commission)

Flexible work hours. Hybrid (80% home, 20% office – TLV)

There is room for promotion and growth within the company. (Sales Manager position).

Remote work conditions and expectations: Work must be conducted in a quiet space that is free of interruptions i.e. from home, office, or quiet room.

An SDR at Express will be provided with a business cellphone line + WhatsApp business account.

Before working at Express, all SDRs must experience the program themselves.
