Product Manager

We are looking for

A Product Manager to join the C4I and Cyber division in Modi'in.

Come own the full product lifecycle of a critical national infrastructure system - from strategic vision to daily Scrum execution - in a meaningful defense environment where your decisions shape what gets built and why.

In this role you will

Work closely with users and clients to identify pain points, gather requirements, and define system improvements

Own and manage the product backlog, writing detailed user stories and defining acceptance criteria

Prioritize tasks and features within a Scrum framework, balancing strategic goals with day-to-day delivery needs

Partner with Dev and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and high-quality releases

Act as the bridge between technical staff and non-technical government stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement of the product based on user feedback and operational insights

Requirements

B.Sc. in Industrial Management with a major in Information Systems or B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering - an advantage

3+ years of experience in product management roles, with proven ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on backlog management

Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis - an advantage

Deep understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies

Prior experience in defense, aviation, or government sectors - an advantage

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and communication skills
