Vice President of Products

<section class="show-more-less-html" data-max-lines="5"> <div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>A large government organization in the finance sector is seeking an <strong>experienced VP Product</strong> to lead the establishment and management of a centralized Product Division within the Technology Department.</p><p><br></p><p>The role includes defining product strategy, building product methodologies and standards, leading and mentoring Product Managers, and driving end-to-end product execution across complex, mission-critical platforms. The VP Product will work closely with executive leadership, Engineering, and UX/UI teams to ensure product alignment with organizational goals and measurable business value.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build and lead the Product Management function across the organization</li><li>Define product methodologies, lifecycle processes, and unified standards</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers, including training and professional growth</li><li>Own product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management</li><li>Define KPIs and success metrics for product impact and value delivery</li><li>Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, and executive leadership</li><li>Drive execution across multiple complex, large-scale technology initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership of complex products</li><li>Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or enterprise products in large tech environments</li><li>Experience managing and leading Product Managers and product teams</li><li>Strong background in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and prioritization</li><li>Experience working closely with R&amp;D and UX/UI teams</li><li>Proven ability to define KPIs and product success metrics</li><li>Strong advantage for experience in government, finance, or regulated industries</li><li>Experience in building product methodologies or training programs &#x2013; advantage</li><li>Experience working in multi-product, large-scale environments</li><li>Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time position (190 monthly hours)</li><li>Hybrid model (up to 2 remote days per week after onboarding)</li><li>Security clearance required</li><li>Initial engagement: up to 3 years</li><li>Immediate start preferred</li></ul> </div>
