Product Manager

Paragon is a fast-growing cyber company that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are an innovative company with a cutting-edge product, based in Tel Aviv. The cyber intelligence domain is constantly evolving so we are looking for a motivated Product Manager who is excited to work on the most sophisticated intelligence technology used by governments and law-enforcement agencies around the world. We are seeking an experienced product manager to join the product team and play an integral role in leading one of our flagship products.

Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as a product manager. Experience collaborating within a team of product managers, driving alignment, and ensuring cohesive product strategies across the platform. Proven ability to manage and own entire products, with a comprehensive understanding of all system flows and user interactions, beyond a single feature or domain. Adapt well to dynamic and rapidly changing work environments. A technical orientation and ability to deep dive into technological aspects. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew. Team player, confident, independent, and enthusiastic. Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber - An advantage
