Head of HVAC & Refrigeration Systems | Tenufa Division – Corporate Headquarters

We are looking for a Head of HVAC & Refrigeration Systems to join the Tenufa Division at IAI Corporate Headquarters.

The position includes:

• Professional and managerial responsibility for developing, guiding and implementing work processes, methodologies, control systems and management practices in the field of HVAC and refrigeration across IAI’s central infrastructure facilities

• Working closely with multiple interfaces across the organization, including Engineering, Procurement, Finance and additional corporate functions

• Initiating, leading and implementing process improvements and organizational changes within the field

What we’re looking for:

Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship

• Practical Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5–10 years of experience in HVAC systems, including central air conditioning systems, split air conditioning units, VRF systems, cold rooms, infrastructure projects, building management and control systems, and electrical drawing interpretation
