Senior Backend Engineer - Voice AI Infrastructure

Voice AI becomes very different once real customers are actually on the line.

At Voicenter, our AI agents already operate inside real phone conversations not demos, not internal experiments.

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help build the infrastructure behind it.

You’ll work directly with Shlomi Gutman, CTO at Voicenter, on building and scaling our AI Agents domain.

This is a real engineering challenge involving:

• real-time systems

• streaming

• WebRTC

• telephony infrastructure

• low-latency architecture

• AI agents in production

Tech stack:

TypeScript, Node.js, Mastra, Vercel AI SDK.

We’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving real production challenges — not just building demos.
