Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Sourcer

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer from a Recruitment Agency – A Must. Native or Fluent English (written and verbal) – A Must. You will be communicating daily with US-based managers and candidates. A strong natural affinity for technology and the ability to quickly master complex tools and platforms. No previous In-House experience is required—this is your entry-level opportunity to grow within a Startup HR team.
