Senior Planner

A growing industrial-technological defense company is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a key operational role within a global and dynamic environment.

This position offers the opportunity to take part in core operational activities and directly impact planning processes, supply chain operations, and business continuity.

Hybrid option available – after 3 months, the position includes 1 work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end planning activities including supply, inventory, raw materials, and production

• Build forecasts and operational plans according to business and sales needs

• Work closely with ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning processes

• Monitor inventory levels, material availability, shipments, and supply risks

• Collaborate with suppliers, warehouses, procurement, logistics, and cross-functional teams

• Identify operational gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and provide real-time solutions

• Generate reports, analyze data, and track KPI performance

• Lead operational improvement and optimization processes

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Planning / Supply Chain / Operations roles

• Experience working in an industrial company

• Proven experience with forecasting, supply planning, and shipments

• Strong analytical skills and broad operational understanding

• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite – an advantage)

• Advanced Excel skills

• High level of English – written and spoken
