So, what's the job?
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join Guardio's finance team.
You will:
Manage AP balances, including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments
Respond to all vendor inquiries (internal and external)
Conduct reconciliation of the company's vendors, bank accounts, and credit card activities
Preparation and submission of VAT and tax returns
Assist with the Month-End processes, such as reconciliations, provisions, monthly reports, consolidation, intercompany charges, etc.
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly procedures
Review & record expense reports according to company policy
