Research Development Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on R&D Team Lead to join a dynamic development team. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

What will you do:

Lead and manage a team of developers

Drive end-to-end delivery of development projects

Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using modern technologies

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Oversee ongoing maintenance and support of existing systems

What are we looking for:

2+ years of proven experience managing development teams (hands-on leadership)

4+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in Next.

Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend architecture

Proven experience leading projects end-to-end

Solid experience working with AWS environments

Experience in making architectural decisions and leading technical directions
