A growing technology company operating at the intersection of biology, data science, and AI is looking for a VP Product.

This role is focused on turning scientific and technological capabilities into products that solve real customer problems and create commercial value.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, researchers, data scientists, and engineers to define product strategy, identify market opportunities, shape product direction, and support the company's growth into new markets.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the company's product strategy and roadmap.

Work directly with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities.

Translate scientific and technical capabilities into customer-focused products.

Lead product discovery and product-market fit activities.

Partner closely with Research, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

Define success metrics and drive data-informed product decisions.

Support go-to-market planning and commercialization efforts.

Requirements

Significant experience in Product Management within technology companies.

Experience working with AI, Machine Learning, Data Products, or other complex technology-driven products.

Proven ability to bring products from concept or innovation stage to market.

Experience working closely with technical teams, including engineers and data scientists.

Strong customer-facing skills and ability to translate customer needs into product direction.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

Experience in startup or growth-stage environments.

Nice to Have

Experience in AgTech, FoodTech, Life Sciences, or related industries.

Experience launching new products or entering new markets.
