Legal Counsel

We are looking for an outstanding and passionate Legal Counsel to join our legal team. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a commercial, technology, or international M&A department at a leading law firm or a high-tech company. Experience with drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements in the technology sector. English & Hebrew mother-tongue level. Excellent business orientation – ability to align legal advice with the company’s strategic goals. High level of curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
