    About the Role

    We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Lead (Catalog & Maps) to help us build and maintain the best live event catalog in the world. In this role, you will own the operational backbone of our marketplace — ensuring our event catalog, interactive maps, and ticket inventory are accurate, scalable, and continuously improving. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with data, build processes, and help grow a team that powers the core experience of SeatPick.

    Responsibilities

    Own Global Catalog & Maps Operations

    Manage and maintain SeatPick’s global event catalog across sports, concerts, and major live events

    Oversee the setup and maintenance of interactive seating maps and event structures

    Ensure ticket inventory is accurate, complete, and consistently updated across markets

    Ensure Catalog Quality and Accuracy

    Validate event data, venues, maps, and ticket listings across the platform

    Ensure major global events are accurately represented and updated in real time

    Maintain high data quality standards across all catalog operations

    Drive Operational Efficiency with AI & Automation

    Use AI tools and automation to improve quality control and operational workflows

    Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and increase operational speed

    Continuously improve tools and internal systems that support catalog operations

    Build and Manage the Catalog Operations Team

    Recruit, onboard, and manage in-house and outsourced team members

    Define workflows, priorities, and operational timelines

    Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of catalog and maps tasks

    Identify Problems and Remove Bottlenecks

    Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies across catalog operations

    Implement simple, practical solutions to improve speed and quality

    Work cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams

    Improve Catalog Infrastructure Over Time

    Help shape the long-term systems and processes behind SeatPick’s event catalog

    Contribute ideas that improve data quality, scalability, and operational efficiency

    Support the evolution of SeatPick’s internal tools and operational frameworks

    Qualifications

    3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or data operations

    Comfortable working directly with large datasets and structured information

    Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive change without formal authority

    Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or quality control

    Experience managing freelancers or outsourced teams (a strong advantage)

    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve processes

    Fluent in English and Hebrew (additional languages are a plus)

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

    Experience managing a team is a strong advantage

    Preferred Skills
