Requirements: Requirements: 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with modern tech stacks. Proven ability to design, build, and ship production-ready applications. Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments (startups or small teams preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to trade-offs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A builder’s mindset with passion for creating products customers love. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
