Payments / PSP / Marketplace Operations Specialist

I’m looking for a Payments / PSP / Marketplace Operations Specialist to help with JunoReel, an online education marketplace currently preparing for its next stage.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in marketplace payment infrastructure and PSPs such as Airwallex, PayPal, Adyen, Payoneer, Stripe, or similar.

The ideal person understands:

• Marketplace payment models

• Creator / seller onboarding

• KYC / KYB requirements

• Platform commissions and payout flows

• PSP approval and onboarding processes

• Refunds, chargebacks, and compliance considerations

• Cross-border payments and multi-currency support

• Choosing the right company registration country for PSP support

• The pros and cons of registering in Israel, UK, EEA, US, or other jurisdictions

• Working with accountants, lawyers, PSPs, and financial service providers

This is not a standard finance/admin role. I’m looking for someone who can help decide the correct structure for a marketplace business from day one - including which country to register in, which PSP to use, and how to build the payment flow properly.

Experience with marketplaces, SaaS platforms, creator platforms, education platforms, fintech, or international payment operations is a strong advantage.
