Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Nanotom Capital. The Project Manager will oversee various financing projects, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, conducting inspections, optimizing logistics processes, and expediting workflows. The role will require monitoring project progress, resolving challenges, and delivering high-quality results that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and managing deliverables within deadlines.

Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain high standards across all project activities.

Proficiency in Logistics Management, with the ability to optimize workflows, resources, and schedules.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

Industry experience in financial services or funding is advantageous.
