המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןWe are looking for a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product.
In this role, you will guide a team of DevOps engineers, define the technical direction, and take ownership of cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong focus on security, cost-efficiency, and production reliability.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across architecture, automation, deployment, and operations
Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Architect and implement advanced cloud networking (VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules) in multi-cloud and hybrid environments
Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
Optimize CI/CD pipelines (experience with Argo CD is a plus)
Own production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting processes
Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high performance
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams
Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or SRE, including team leadership
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in production environments
Deep expertise in cloud networking architecture
Proven experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, and scripting (Python/Bash)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD preferred)
Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance
Experience supporting production SaaS platforms, ideally in cybersecurity or critical systems
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Background in cybersecurity products
