Requirements: What We’re Looking For 7+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale SaaS, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes. You have successfully built and mentored high-performing PM teams. The "0 to 1" Mindset: Experience in early-stage products or startup environments. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive on finding PMF. AI & Data Fluency: Strong analytical background with a focus on experimentation and a deep understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. Strategic Partner: Proven ability to partner with GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing) to scale hybrid growth models. Exceptional Communicator: You can drive alignment across R&D, Design, and Executive leadership without losing speed or craft.
