We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Team Lead who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to drive the development of complex real-time systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both leading a team and staying deeply involved in development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of embedded engineers

Define and own software architecture for complex embedded systems

Drive development best practices, code quality, and engineering standards

Own delivery, planning, and execution of team objectives (Agile/Scrum)

Remain hands-on (~70%) in development using C/C++

Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability

Lead end-to-end project execution (design → implementation → delivery)

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on cutting-edge automotive solutions

Requirements

Must Have

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

7+ years of experience developing complex real-time embedded systems

2+ years of experience leading engineering teams

Strong background in software architecture and system design

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Proficiency in C/C++ and object-oriented programming

Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

Advantages

Experience with STM32 microcontrollers

Knowledge of communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN Bus

Experience with RTOS

Familiarity with automotive systems and standards

Experience with IoT technologies (Bluetooth, Cellular, Wi-Fi)

Background in electronics

Experience with vibration/signal-related development (Vibe coding)
