Datamint is scaling and we are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to be hands-on and own the pipeline, drive deals, and grow revenue as we scale.
The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Director to take full ownership of our revenue growth. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will inherit direct sales responsibility from the CEO and be accountable for outcomes from day one.
The mission is straightforward: significantly grow revenue and establish the foundation of a high-performing sales organization.
As you demonstrate consistent results, you will have the opportunity to build and lead the sales team around you.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and close
Drive new customer acquisition among Israeli SMBs
Build and maintain a strong, well-managed pipeline with a clear focus on closing revenue
Develop and continuously improve sales processes, messaging, and playbooks
Collaborate closely with the CEO and R&D team to win deals and ensure successful onboarding
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales in the Israeli market
Demonstrated ability to own the full sales cycle and close high-value, complex deals
Previous experience in a sales leadership, partnership, or senior individual contributor role
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Hebrew and English
