Team Lead Backend Developer 239463

We are looking for a Team Lead Backend Developer to lead the development of a smart medical SaaS product operating in a modern high impact production environment

What will you do

Lead the design development and maintenance of backend applications handling complex data with high performance requirements

Drive the architecture and scalability of core systems supporting AI and LLM based products in collaboration with Data Science teams

Design and optimize databases to efficiently manage critical data for AI driven systems

Work closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business needs into robust and impactful technological solutions

Take full ownership of projects end to end including planning execution and delivery

Lead and mentor backend developers set technical direction and promote best practices and continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of experience in backend development using Python

Proven experience working on SaaS products in production environments

Strong system level thinking and experience with complex architectures

Deep understanding of OOP data structures and algorithms

Strong problem solving and debugging skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Nice to have

Experience with AI or LLM technologies

Experience with MongoDB

Experience working in cloud environments
