We’re Hiring: AI Innovation Lead / AI Solutions Architect

A leading enterprise organization is looking for an experienced AI leader to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives, develop intelligent solutions, and lead innovation projects in an Azure-based environment.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Lead AI and innovation initiatives across business units

• Design and implement AI Agents and business automations

• Develop Machine Learning solutions and data-driven products

• Work with Cloud Code / Low Code platforms and Microsoft Copilot

• Design and build Data Engineering processes and integrations between systems and data sources

• Transform data, APIs, reports, and existing systems into intelligent automated workflows

• Gather business requirements and deliver end-to-end AI solutions

• Collaborate closely with Data, BI, and Data Science teams

• Lead technology selection, AI use cases, and internal enablement/training initiatives

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Hands-on experience with AI solutions, Agents, and Automations

✔ Experience in ML / Data Engineering / GenAI environments

✔ Strong experience working with Azure

✔ Experience with Microsoft Copilot — significant advantage

✔ Experience in SAP environments — significant advantage

✔ Experience working with data integrations, APIs, and enterprise systems

✔ Strong business-facing communication skills

✔ Creative thinking, self-learning ability, and technological curiosity

✔ Experience leading innovation and cross-functional projects
