JobTestPrep (JTP) is looking for an SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager to take hands-on ownership of organic growth across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.

This role focuses on content quality, site health, and conversion optimization, with clear responsibility for improving visibility, engagement, and revenue through organic channels.

Position Description

Create and optimize high-quality content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.

Maintain and improve overall site health, with hands-on ownership of technical SEO fundamentals.

Optimize pages and content to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user intent alignment.

Track and improve key organic KPIs, including traffic, rankings, AI visibility, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact.

Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, intent analysis, and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to implement SEO and CRO improvements.

Position Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO / Organic Growth.

Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.

Proven ability to write and optimize content with a focus on conversion and user intent.

Data-driven mindset and experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, or similar tools.

Interest in AI-driven search and AISO.

Native-level English.
