A leading defense company is looking for a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering and production projects from development through serial production.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional manufacturing and engineering projects
Manage transfer-to-production (NPI) processes
Coordinate activities between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, QA and Procurement
Build and manage project plans, schedules and deliverables
Support production processes, issue resolution and operational improvements
Work with suppliers and subcontractors in a complex manufacturing environment
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing / production environments
Experience working in multidisciplinary organizations
Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
High level of English
