Frontend Infrastructure Team Leader

As a Frontend Infrastructure Team Leader, you will shape the foundations that power our frontend ecosystem and influence how engineering excellence is practiced across the company. Why Join Us: Own and shape frontend standards, architecture, and best practices company-wide Lead innovation initiatives using cutting-edge frontend technologies and modern development approaches Drive high-impact infrastructure projects that enable product teams to scale efficiently Grow as a strategic technical leader with broad organizational influence Key Responsibilities: Provide strong technical leadership and architectural direction for Yotpo’s frontend infrastructure Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence Define and execute the frontend infrastructure roadmap in alignment with company objectives Evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, design, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive solutions Required Skills: At least 3 years of experience managing and leading engineering teams At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with React in production environments Strong experience in frontend architecture and building scalable systems Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across engineering and product teams Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience working in SaaS companies Experience in startup environments Experience with Tailwind, shadcn, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) If you’re passionate about building scalable frontend foundations and leading high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.
