Product Designer

We're looking for a creative UI/UX designer to help shape our B2B SaaS platform. Our product is technically deep and serves demanding professional users, but we believe technical doesn't have to mean clunky. Your mission is to bring the polish, intuition, and modern design sensibility of the best B2C products into a complex enterprise environment—making powerful tools feel effortless to use.

This is a fast-moving role. You'll move quickly from concept to shipped design, and you'll be expected to use AI design tools fluently to raise both the quality and the speed of your work.

What You'll Do

Translate complex, technical workflows into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces

Deeply understand our users—their goals, pain points, and the context in which they work—and turn that understanding into designs that solve real problems

Bring modern, consumer-grade design thinking to a B2B product: clean visual systems, thoughtful interactions, and delightful details

Own the full design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design handoff

Own and evolve our design system—define components, patterns, and guidelines that keep the product consistent and scalable

Build and maintain design system components in code, using AI tools to accelerate development and bridge the gap between design and implementation

Use AI-powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, and delivery without sacrificing craft

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other stakeholders in a fast iteration cycle

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience designing for SaaS or other complex digital products

Proven experience building and maintaining a design system, including hands-on development of design system components in code

Ability to use AI tools to develop and ship design system components, not just design them

A strong portfolio demonstrating both polished visual design and sound UX thinking

Ability to take ambiguous, technical problems and make them simple and usable

A consumer-product sensibility—you study what makes modern apps feel great and apply it

Hands-on fluency with AI design tools, with concrete examples of how you've used them to improve quality and speed

Comfort working fast and iterating in short cycles

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly

Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and prototyping workflows

Nice to Have

Experience designing for technical or developer-facing audiences

Strong front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS, component frameworks like React) and close collaboration with engineering

Background bridging B2B depth with B2C polish
