🚀 The Role:
As Senior Product Manager for the Consumer App experience, you will own the end-to-end customer journey across discovery, checkout, payments, delivery tracking, support, and reorder flows.
You’ll drive customer satisfaction, conversion, retention, and order frequency while balancing user needs with real operational challenges.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth, Operations, and Marketing teams, you’ll define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact customer experiences.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
• Build a deep understanding of HAAT customers through qualitative research, behavioral data, funnel analysis, support insights, and experimentation, then translate the biggest journey friction points into clear product opportunities and prioritized initiatives.
• Define and launch new product experiences that are intuitive, reliable, localized, and easy to use, partnering closely with Design and Partner teams to create world-class experiences for a broad range of user segments.
• Collaborate with the Fintech team to introduce new financial initiatives while maintaining HAAT’s world-class UX and integrating them into a cohesive super-app experience.
• Work with Operations, Logistics, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the app experience reflects real delivery constraints, define dashboards, monitor performance, and turn insights into product decisions.
• Partner with the Growth team to iterate and experiment on core features like discovery, personalization, checkout, cart abandonment, and reorder mechanics.
• Establish a well-defined product decision framework that balances customer needs, merchant performance, courier efficiency, and business goals, while aligning stakeholders and ensuring continuous communication.
🎯 What You Bring:
• 6+ years of product management experience, including experience operating at a senior or principal level.
• 3+ years of experience in high-scale B2C mobile or marketplace products.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize the product lifecycle, improve user discovery, and drive efficiency in product delivery.
• Proven experience owning customer-facing funnels and improving core metrics such as conversion, retention, engagement, checkout completion, or repeat usage.
• Strong analytical skills, including hands-on comfort with product metrics, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and structured prioritization.
• Strong product sense and UI/UX judgment, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive experiences.
• Curious, growth-minded, and comfortable challenging the status quo while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
