המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןAs a Product Manager on Tetris Block Party, you will own a key area of a large-scale real-time multiplayer game. You will work with a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers, designers, artists, and data scientists to define strategy, build impactful features, and continuously improve the player experience.
This role is ideal for a product manager who combines strong execution with strategic thinking, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about building engaging consumer products at scale.
Duties And Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end development of product features, from ideation and requirements through launch, measurement, and iteration
Use data insights to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and measure the impact of updates and releases.
Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing, to deliver high-quality features on time.
Balance player needs, business goals, technical constraints, and development effort in product decisions
Translate product opportunities into clear feature requirements, user flows, and implementation plans
Requirements
3+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration
Strong user empathy, with a track record of delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences
Experience working with analytics tools and using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and communicate insights clearly
Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to drive product optimization and decision-making
An effective collaborator and communicator who can influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders
Confident discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs with engineering teams
Curious, self-driven, critical thinker. And a lifelong learner with a strong can-do approach
